Admission prices
include all workshops, entertainment, activities, rituals, and camping for
all four days. Space will be limited and the sooner you register the lower
the cost so please register early. The cafe will be open providing meals at
reasonable prices throughout the event.
Full event admission is $50.00 per
person if received by March 8.
Full event admission is $60.00 per person if received March 9-April 18.
The at-the-gate admission will be $70.00 per
person.
Vending:
The cost for vending is only $10 per 10x10 space plus the individual
admission. Vendors must register in advance (see below). Food vendors not
permitted. The vending spaces
are limited so please register early.
Meal Plan;
An optional meal plan is available. This includes 8 meals beginning with
dinner on Thursday night through breakfast on Sunday. Meal plan includes
beverages like herbal teas, coffee, and locally sourced filtered water.
Vegan and Gluten free options are available at every meal. Check out the
Meal Plan Menu.
Please try to
attend the entire event. There will be no admission to site after 11am on
Saturday. Gates open at 3pm on Thursday, 9am on Friday and Saturday. Please
do not arrive after 9pm on any evening.

Admission
fees are a donation and may be tax deductible. Receipts available in Cafe.
No refunds.

registered. This service is used for different events so please be sure to
indicate that the registration is for Body Magick. We only send confirmation
